Підкреслено, що гнучкість потенціалу визначає мобільність підприємства, що актуально в умовах нестабільного середовища і динамічності розвитку підприємства малого бізнесу. Визначено, що система розвитку потенціалу малого підприємства повинна передбачати як інструменти активізації наявних і потенційних конкурентних переваг, так і напрями підвищення гнучкості партнерських взаємовідносин між підприємствами, уніфікації техніки і технології виробничого процесу, розширення асортименту та забезпечення поліфункціональності продукції.
