НОВА РЕДАКЦІЯ СТАНДАРТУ ISO 9001:2015: ОСОБЛИВОСТІ І ВІДМІННОСТІ НА КОНЦЕПТУАЛЬНОМУ РІВНІ

У вересні 2015 року міжнародна організація із стандартизації ISO опублікувала нову, пʼяту версію цього стандарту, а також стандарту ISO 9000, в якому розміщена термінологія у сфері СМЯ [1, 2]. Зокрема, пʼяте видання ISO 9001:2015 “Системи менеджменту якості. Вимоги” більше трьох років переглядалося експертами комітету ISO/TC 176/SC2 , щоб привести зміст даного стандарту до сучасних потреб. Пʼяте видання 2015 року відміняє і замінює попереднє четверте видання 2008 року, але з достатньо великим перехідним періодом.
