FEATURES OF THE ELECTRONIC COMMERCE IN THE UKRAINE

Today, the world is changing very rapidly, which the Ukrainian market cannot fail to react. No one can deny that the Internet is now one of themost important places in the lives of every person. So, in the world offast pace of development is gaining so-called e-commerce. A significantshare of retail in Ukraine now is part of online sales in the Internet.

E-commerce is the field of the economy,which includes all financial transactions that occur through computernetworks. The history of e-commerce development dates back to theintroduction of the first technologies for sales automation andimplementation of such systems of management of various resources.

However, the fastest growing e-commerce market has evolved over the past20 years due to improved Internet technologies, an increase in Internetusers, an increase in the social impact of the personality, and the rapiddevelopment of electronic payment systems and the transition of marketplayers to new technology platforms.

An increase in the share of Internet sales in the overall retail structurein Ukraine is due to a number of reasons and factors:

1. Real firms or stores are forced to raise commodity prices in order toget out of the crisis, which became inaccessible to the average Ukrainian.It is because of that fact that online purchases have more advantages becauseof relatively low prices for goods.

2. Today, it is not so easy to buy the right product, because many realstores closed, unable to withstand the crisis.

3. Online sales require less financial and material resources, which is abig advantage over real stores.

E-commerce has several persistent trends that should not be ignored.

First, it isomnical. The more the buyer has payment methods, the higher is probability that he will choose the most convenient for himself and make a purchase. A merchant should not be limited to connect to a site with one form of payment by cards when there is a wide range of payment instruments.

Second, smartphone. Transactions using a smartphone around the world have already reached 69%. Turnovers are gaining mobile payments Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, moreover, not only on the Internet, but also in offline shops.

Third, customization. A friendly interface is not uncommon, but a necessity, including for payment reception pages. The user should be able to configure the service, as it will be convenient, for example, to hide the non-current functions, change the background, activate the push message.

However, there are certain issues associated with e-commerce, such as alarge number of fakes and fraud. Also, the quality of communications(development of communication network, low bandwidth of channels and low speed of information transfer) andlegal regulation, which is typical for Ukrainian retail. [1,р. 7]

Also, the problem of the development of e-commerce is the uncertainty of the real existence of the second side, an ignorance of the rules of foreign business and the absence in individual cases of interaction and inability to work with the global network.

So, using Internet in the activities of economic entities is aprerequisite for the modernization and improvement of the economic systemitself. According to Odarnchenko A.M.: "E-commerce will give impetus tofurther development in our country as Internet technologies, and the wholefinancial infrastructure" [2, р. 346]. Today, e-commerce is really one of the mostimportant aspects of the economy and the way to economic development andprosperity.
